ERGONOMICS

We have given special attention to the design and ergonomics of our solutions to ensure robust products with maximum comfort in your daily use.
The buttons have a clear tactile sensitivity and its size has been studied so that the operator does not have any difficulty using the control even with gloves.
The buttons are positioned so that it is impossible to press two buttons at the same time by mistake.

RESISTANCE

Our products are designed and sized with a high level of resistance, to work in harsh environments. Seals and protective foams guarantee the highest level of force and tension.

MAINTENANCE

Through the modular architecture of our systems, a cost reduction is allowed.

In order to quickly diagnose or preventive maintenance of the radio-controlled system, the precise location of a fault appears simply on the display panel or on the personal computer on which the iDialog program has been installed (supplied with the order). This program also allows you to modify the settings.

The principle of simple and safe association between the remote control and the receiver allows an easy and fast exchange of one of these two elements in case of failure.

SECURITY

Security is essential for us. Therefore, the products of the Safir range have the “SIL 3” certificate according to EN 61508 and “PL e” according to EN ISO 13849, which corresponds to the highest safety level.

Different options are offered to increase the security of applications that require it (infrared validation start, action zone limitation, validation buttons, use in ATEX zone, SIL 2 function buttons according to EN 61508 and PL d according to EN ISO 13849).

Access to the radio control or to certain functions can be authorized by an authorized operator through password management (PIN codes).

Most of our products benefit from an EC Type examination certificate issued by an accredited body.

SCREEN

Standard in the latest generation solutions. The backlit display, the anti-glare, anti-shock and anti-scratch system allows to visualize during use:

battery charge level
radio connection behavior
the name of the radio controlled equipment
the return of information of the equipment and of the alarms in operation (weight of load, overload, switches)
fault diagnostics.

Selection tool with good features for intuitive and guided navigation, and with menus that allow:

• application settings
• the integration of many functions
• the control of a precise part of the equipment.

Personalization

Each product is supplied with the iDialog program to customize the display, logos or pictograms that appear on the screen.
