The equipment in this series is designed for the horizontal transport of large surface loads up to 300 Kg. of weight. They consist of a basic unit of generally equal dimensions, to which different suction cup units can be attached.

Basic team:

It consists of a force transmitting structure with a ring to hang on the hook of the overhead crane. They are equipped with a non-oil lubricated non-return rotary valve vacuum pump with a nominal suction capacity of 4 m³. Optical-acoustic alarm device with high frequency buzzer and green and red alarm lights. Vacuum gauge, as an auxiliary control element, to measure the volume of vacuum generated.

Maneuvering control of the “Vacuum – Release” function by: manual valve, safety button on the appliance handle or by automatic cyclical switching when unloading the appliance. Mains connection via spiral cable with 1,100 mm Schuko connector, extendable up to 3,500 mm.

Nominal current consumptions: 230 V, 50 Hz, 180 Watt. On request, the casing can be coated, a handle manufactured according to the customer’s specifications and the equipment fitted with a clamping ring for the larger crane.

Apart from the standard suction cups described in the characteristics of each of the models in this series, we can offer special suction cups adapted to the specific problem of each client.
