BLACKPRINT: Profilemaster Plus lightweight overhead crane

Project for a system of two lightweight Profilemaster Plus monorail bridges, made of aluminium, with a capacity of 125 kg.

The crane is suspended from the customer’s existing structure by means of screwed-on flanges and is used for lifting and moving light loads of up to 125 kg over the entire effective area covered by the aluminium light bridge system over more than 20 m of track.

This type of system allows simultaneous work on both bridges to speed up the customer’s production system. Being a ceiling mounted model, it eliminates any need for pillars and interference from other mobile floor equipment such as pallet trucks, forklifts, or AGVs
