The manipulation of rolls is a typical application of the pneumatic manipulators, which can take, rotate, etc securely a roll, bringing an increase in productivity and ergonomics.
The manipulator is powered by compressed air and it is designed to perform repeated operations, easily and without fatigue for the operator in a workspace, as design. With the right implement the manipulator can take one or more rolls.
The load and automatic compensation of loading, as well as their release and automatic balance, are obtained by applying pneumatic pushers placed ergonomically on the hilt of the implement, near the hands of the operator.
