VINCA EQUIPOS INDUSTRIALES designs and manufactures Mobile Loading Ramps, the most effective and economical solution for loading and unloading goods when a loading dock is not available.

The RMC model mobile loading ramp effectively solves the lack of a loading dock. With the mobile ramp, the necessary continuity is established between the surface itself and that of the truck, container and wagon. A solution that allows you to easily reach the bottom of the vehicle: total fluidity is achieved for loading and unloading work.

The work can be carried out with a single person and, in all cases, the time necessary to carry out these operations is considerably reduced. Savings in time and personnel are achieved thanks to some specific functionalities of these mobile ramps such as lifting and lowering with a manual hydraulic pump, the progressive lowering valve or the articulated skirts that allow the operator to move the vehicle without any setback.

With capacity for 7, 9 and 12 tons and lengths of 11 to 15 meters
Fully continuous anti-fall sides to avoid possible snagging of the blades of the forklift or load. Patented high security side exclusive to Vinca mobile ramps.
Non-slip galvanized slatted floor. In standard Structure finished with anti-rust preparation and final finish in yellow RAL 1028. In optional different colors and finishes.
Lifting and lowering using a manually operated hydraulic pump with limiting valve, see optional electrohydraulic unit.
The ramp is provided with two galvanized steel safety chains for mooring to the truck, with 2 hooks and safety latches. The chains ensure the connection between the mobile ramp during the truck loading and unloading process.
Two anti-fall telescopic safety legs, facilitating the resting state of the machine.
Included trailer hitch for forklift towing.

FLOOR OF ELECTROSOLDED GRIDS (TRAMEX)

To manufacture the work surface we use tramex of special construction and exclusive for our machines. The design of the tramex is the result of more than 40 years manufacturing loading and unloading ramps for vehicles.

Our tramex is made with plates that protrude 5 mm to facilitate grip. It is fixed by welding, providing greater rolling resistance.

For outdoor work, the accumulation of water and/or humidity on the rolling surface is avoided.

UPPER LIP

Support skirt of the ramp on the truck and therefore is always a critical element of loading docks.

The lip of the RMC is made of high-strength quality steel S-355 with a special non-slip finish: Sheet of engraved material with non-slip properties in dry, greasy or humid environments.

In addition, the joint of the skirt is reinforced by the gussets on the sides. The apron is fixed (one piece) and designed for a perfect roll, which provides a smooth passage between the truck and the ramp. The operator does not have to be at the joining point while the coupling is being made.

5 LOWER SKIRT

It guarantees a smooth passage between the mobile loading ramp and the ground. The RMC model is manufactured with 5 articulated skirts: By dividing the skirts we manage to overcome possible irregularities in the asphalt.

Like the upper skirt, they are made of high-strength quality steel S-355 with a special non-slip finish. Sheet of engraved material with non-slip propertiess in dry, greasy or humid environments.

WHEEL TRAIN

The train of wheels allows to move the mobile ramp and position it according to needs.

Equipped with two large diameter wheels (300 mm) it allows for smooth rolling. Caster wheels with cast polyurethane tread with maintenance-free ball bearings.

LIFT SYSTEM

It allows to position the upper lip safely on the truck bed. It is made up of two hydraulic cylinders and a manual or electric lifting system.

In any loading and unloading process, the truck undergoes changes in height and it is vital for safety that the mobile ramp adapts to the height automatically depending on whether it is loaded or download. The special design of the RMC mobile ramp allows the hydraulic cylinders to remain free of pressure during the loading and unloading process, adapting at all times to the change in height of the truck during the loading and unloading process.

The lifting system of the mobile ramps can be equipped with:

1. Lifting by Manual Pump

This type of lifting allows loading and/or unloading maneuvers in remote places where providing an electrical connection would be difficult and expensive.

Thanks to our manual pump the operator can raise the ramp using an ergonomic operating lever.

Very reliable system.
Use anywhere without depending on other energy sources.

2. Lifting by Electrohydraulic Group

If you have a source of electrical energy, this is a highly recommended option.

With this type of lifting the operator lifts comfortably and quickly by only pressing a button.

Includes switch, emergency button and a connector CEE 4P 16A 400V III 50 Hz. Optionally the voltage could be 230V III 50Hz.

Together with the electrohydraulic lifting, we recommend including the following options to the mobile loading ramp:

Lift limit switch: prevents overstressing of the pump and the hydraulic system when the cylinders reach the end of their travel.

Emergency manual pump: allows the ramp to be raised in the event of a power failure or if you wish to operate the ramp in areas without power supply.
