Suspension Systems for Hidraulics
Ref. 17.3
We have several suspension systems for weightless, either rigid arm or cable.
Weightless rigid-arm manipulator
ANCHORED TO THE GROUND
It is the most common, weightless column manipulator, fixed to the ground. The manipulator’s radius of action can be between 2 and 7 m, maximum.
To anchor the manipulator to the ground, it must be of class C20 / 25 (ENV 206), with a minimum thickness of 200 mm.
CEILING SUSPENDED
It is equivalent to the previous system, but instead of being anchored to the ground, it is suspended from the ceiling.
MOUNTED ON SELF-STABLE BASE
The freestanding base has a surface of 1200x1200mm and variable height, depending on the type of application and is forkable. This configuration allows the assembly to be moved by means of a wheelbarrow.
MOUNTED ON RAILS
The manipulator is mounted on a trolley that moves on rails. The car can have pneumatic motorization.
INGRÁVIDO CABLE HANDLER
ANCHORED TO THE GROUND

SUSPENDED FROM A LIGHT BRIDGE
The manipulator, in bridge type configuration, is fixed under a light aluminum (or steel) bridge, so that it covers a wide rectangular area.
